Shipping policy

TURNAROUND

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours (usually much quicker), when placed Monday-Friday before 5pm EST or 3pm EST on Saturday. It's a rare occasion when an order doesn't ship out within 1-2 business days, but we will contact you to let you know why your order hasn't shipped if there is a delay or if some action is required on your part. Please note that on, or around Holidays, processing times will be slowed down. Please also allow extra time over the weekend. You will get an e-mail from us when your order ships and it will include your shipping info along with your tracking number(s).

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS, USPS, and FEDEX.

FREE SHIPPING

Our free shipping offer is only available for orders with a destination within the continental US. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

PROMOTIONAL/FREE ITEMS

It is the responsibility of the customer to add promotional/free items that were part of a sale to their order before checking out. We are not able to ship promotional/free items separately once an order has been placed.

Additionally promotional/free items are available while supply last.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While ordering our products in most countries present no issues with customs, we strongly recommend doing your research on legalities for your country prior to placing an order.

Once your order has been shipped, BPI Sports may not be held liable or responsible for any delays in customs. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking of your order throughout the process to make sure your country's customs department is not requesting any additional information before releasing your package.

Any orders that fail to clear customs and is returned to us will be subject to our international returns policy.

Note: You may be responsible for import duty fees in your country, PPN can not be held liable or responsible for any fees related to customs or import duty.
